As of today, three of the new graduates that I work with have found full time roles. I have continuously encouraged them to continue their search in the midst of our mission to vaccinate the community. I reiterated the importance of NOT becoming comfortable with this scenario, but to plan for their future.

I am proud. They begin a new journey, full-filling their dreams in caring for others.
