In my role as the Provincial Director of Health Services, I connect with many team members. I am reaching out to them as a Provider, but more importantly as the representative, contact person, supportive, caring, and responsible person for these individuals.
At the Specialty Care Centers, I call intermittently to ask how our brethren are doing. On more than one occasion, the team member has responded by saying, “He’s okay”.
What does that mean? Should I have to ask specific details.
